This is a juried show with an entry fee of $15 to be paid at the time of jurying. Only one piece per artist may be submitted. Size is limited to 20” x 24” framed. Make checks payable to DVAL; cash also accepted. This fee is not refunded if the work is declined.

 

Jury Location: Newtown Square Presbyterian Church

Jurying Date: January 15, 2025

Delivery for jurying between 9:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.; jurying completed by end of DVAL monthly general meeting at

3 p.m.

Exhibition Requirements: Exhibition is open to full members only. Each member may submit one piece. DVAL reserves the right to exclude work that does not meet the requirements outlined in the prospectus or in the official DVAL Policies and procedures as outlined on the DVAL website and in the handbook. Thirty to thirty two pieces, depending on size of accepted pieces, will be accepted into the show.  All work must have an identification label attached to the upper left corner on the back side of the piece. All work will be handled with care; however, neither DVAL nor Bryn Mawr Hospital will be liable for damage or loss.

 

Sales arrangements: Sales will be handled directly between the buyer and the artist. 20% of all sales is expected to be donated by the artist to the Women’s Fund of Bryn Mawr Hospital.
